Job summary

L3Harris in Clifton, NJ is seeking a Senior Principal, BRM - IT to serve as the strategic IT interface for the CSD segment, shaping sector roadmaps and business-enabled technology solutions.

You will partner with Sector Presidents and IT leaders to drive digital transformation, deliver value through IT initiatives, and ensure alignment with business priorities and risk management across functions. This on-site role requires proven leadership and strong communication with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (15+ years of experience) or Graduate Degree (13+ years) or 19 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Security clearance or ability to obtain (preferred).
• Strategic thinking with influence across executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and drive optimization of digital systems within IT and business units.
• Support sector digital transformation initiatives and ensure alignment with IT policies and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sector leadership and IT service owners.
• Provide strategic consulting for IT initiatives and communicate decisions to cross-functional teams.
• Coach leaders to articulate technological needs that advance business performance.
• Partner with business and IT leaders to evaluate proposals and align roadmaps with priorities.
• Ensure delivery of new technology solutions meets objectives and demonstrates business value.
