Job summary
L3Harris Technologies is seeking a results-driven Director of Digital Engineering and Transformation to lead the segment’s digital roadmap across PLM, ERP, and MES. You will own strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization of the enterprise digital ecosystem, partnering across IT, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
The ideal candidate has 15+ years in engineering or enterprise systems within regulated aerospace/defense, with hands-on experience delivering PLM/ERP/MES go‑lives in
Qualifications
- Must Be Able to Obtain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance.
- 15+ years of engineering, digital transformation, or enterprise systems delivery in aerospace/defense or regulated industries.
- 10+ years leading digital transformation/modernization programs involving PLM, ERP, and/or MES.
- 5+ years in a senior manager-level leadership role with multi-million-dollar budgets and 20+ staff.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi-year digital transformation roadmap aligned to strategic objectives.
- Establish the architecture for an integrated ecosystem including PLM, ERP, and MES.
- Lead large-scale transformation programs from requirements through deployment and transition to support.
- Own technical integrity and risk management across concurrent implementations and integrations.
- Lead executive briefings to inform strategy and secure sponsorship.
