Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years in business solution architecture, analysis, or related field.
• Graduate degree with 7+ years experience; alternatively 13+ years of relevant experience without a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise solution architecture for complex initiatives enabling digital transformation.
• Partner with stakeholders, program teams, IT, engineering, and data groups to define priorities and deliver outcomes.
• Translate business challenges into scalable, secure solution designs through requirements gathering, process analysis, and architecture evaluation.
• Guide end-to-end delivery including planning, testing, deployment, change management, and adoption to realize business value.
• Ensure use of trusted enterprise data with governance, standardized processes, and alignment to enterprise architecture.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions, provide recommendations and status updates throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor performance, adoption, and outcomes; identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide technical and functional leadership, mentoring, and governance to delivery teams.
• Operate with independence across multiple initiatives and coordinate across business and technical teams.
• Travel approximately 10–20%; travel may increase with deployments.
