L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Director of Digital Engineering and Transformation in the United States to lead the enterprise digital roadmap across PLM, ERP, and MES. This role bridges engineering, manufacturing, and sustainment through a unified digital ecosystem.

You will drive end-to-end transformation, define architectural standards, and align solutions with strategic objectives while mentoring a high-performance team in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Top Secret/SCI clearance eligibility.
• 15+ years in engineering/digital transformation within regulated industries.
• 10+ years leading digital transformation programs involving PLM/ERP/MES.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-year digital transformation roadmap with measurable milestones.
• Establish architecture for integrated ecosystem including PLM, ERP, MES for end-to-end digital thread.
• Evaluate emerging tech (digital twin, AI/ML analytics) and build business cases.
• Lead large-scale multi-workstream programs from requirements to deployment and transition to operations.
• Manage risk and ensure data migrations with full traceability across implementations.
• Collaborate with PM, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT leadership to drive adoption enterprise-wide.
