Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver IT projects across business-facing and internal technology portfolios on scope, schedule, and quality.
• Oversee the IT project portfolio, including interdependencies and resource allocation.
• Maintain enterprise project management suites (ClickUp, SharePoint) for the team.
• Lead portfolio reviews and governance forums aligning with organizational goals.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate resources, and deliver IT projects with business value.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and ensure effective communications.
• Mentor internal and external IT project team members including analysts and vendors.
• Incorporate change management practices to support user adoption.
• Collaborate with IT leadership and cross-functional units to meet goals.
