We are seeking a self-starting and results-oriented Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.

This role is responsible for driving strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and delivering outcomes with precision.

The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments and can lead without direct staff management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute technology-driven projects aligned with organizational priorities.
• Develop and manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, and success criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain momentum and resolve roadblocks.
• Communicate proactively through reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates.
• Manage risks and scope changes with agility and strategic foresight.
• Drive post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Project, Planview PPM Pro, JIRA, and Confluence to track progress and adjust plans.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and documentation to support decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of direct project management experience, including full lifecycle implementations.
• Minimum 5 years of technical expertise in deploying enterprise software and data center technologies.
• Proven ability to lead independently, manage shifting priorities, and deliver under pressure.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Project, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and BI platforms.
• Valid driver’s license (Virginia license required within 60 days of hire).

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, SAFe, or similar project management certification.
• Experience in strategic leadership and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to prepare and deliver executive-level communications.
