Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in information systems, business administration, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in technology or organizational management.
• Experience in cross-platform environments within nonprofit/military/global contexts preferred.
• PMI PMP and Agile credentials preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze IT services metrics and lifecycle management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for scope statements and RFI responses.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage information systems projects of varying size and complexity.
• Coordinate with internal customers to identify requirements, scope, cost, resources, and schedules.
• Ensure projects meet customer needs and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including scopes, specs, and timelines.
• Manage contracting processes including vendor analysis and contract administration.
• Develop and deploy training materials for end users and coordinate sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
