Job summary

• Proven track record coordinating business and IT teams.
• Ability to build and manage project plans and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to project governance, templates and reporting.
• Develop schedules, staff resources, and procure vendors/services.
• Submit funding requests and report status to steering committee.
• Lead meetings, track progress, ensure quality and deliverables.
• Communicate transparently with stakeholders at all levels.
• Gather requirements, scope tasks, and decompose work items.
• Manage scope creep and aim for minimum viable products.
