Job summary

Oxford Global Resources is seeking a Project Manager to enforce project governance across multiple initiatives within the DHS IT landscape, including Medicaid and Child Welfare. You will build and maintain project plans, identify needed resources, and coordinate procurement for vendor products and services, reporting to the Executive Steering Committee.

• Experience with managing client expectations and service improvement initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple parallel work efforts.

Responsibilities

• Work within a project governance structure and follow required templates and reporting.
• Interact with business and IT teams; educate and drive collaboration.
• Motivate team and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Track project progress; modify schedules and provide status updates to the project team.
• Manage scope creep with a focus on delivering a minimum viable product.
• Escalate issues to management as appropriate.
• Provide insight into improving processes related to portfolio, project and program management.
