HMSHost in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Manager of IT PMO to lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and value delivery.

You will drive governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement, mentor cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and report progress with KPIs to executives. Flexible, collaborative, and results-driven individuals are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Total experience must exceed 6 years in PMO/IT roles.
• 2 years supervising a team of professionals engaged in project management.
• 6 years of developing and delivering PM programs, including large-scale projects.
• 3–5 years of Hospitality, F&B and/or Retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, executes, and delivers multiple concurrent IT projects with alignment to strategic objectives and constraints.
• Develops and maintains documentation including decks, plans, schedules, risk logs, and lessons learned.
• Facilitates communication through status meetings, steering committees, and executive briefings.
• Translates business requirements into IT specifications for mutual understanding of goals.
• Provides leadership to cross-functional teams and ensures timely delivery and accountability.
• Leads end-to-end development of business and technical solutions, including testing and maintenance.
• Assesses risks, creates contingency plans, and mitigates impact on outcomes.
• Manages budgets and resources; tracks expenditures and forecasts needs.
• Establishes KPIs and reports progress and ROI to leadership.
