Job summary

E Logic is seeking an IT Project Manager for Woonsocket Housing Authority (WHA). As the single point of accountability, you will oversee service delivery, project coordination, and compliance with standards.

Key responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, reporting on infrastructure readiness, and coordinating emergency response workflows. Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in IT or related field and have at least 5 years of experience in IT service delivery or infrastructure management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years managing IT service delivery or enterprise infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Yardi or similar housing management software platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Single point of contact for overall performance and compliance.
• Coordinate response workflows for emergency outages and service requests.
• Oversee hardware, software, telecommunications, and cloud vendor relationships.
