Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer science or related field.
• 8-10 years’ experience as a Senior Project Manager on complex IT projects.
• PMP certification a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work with vendors and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Drive defect prioritization through impact assessments from incident triage to defect resolution.
• Monitor inflow of new problems and align to business outcomes.
• Partner with development teams to ensure timely issue resolution and SDLC compliance.
• Review proposed technical solutions to meet business needs and SDLC standards.
• Develop work plans and manage timelines for SDLC deliverables.
• Provide governance support to Agencies & Program Leadership and act as a point of contact for Agencies.
