Goodwin is seeking a Manager, IT Project Management to plan, execute, and govern cross‑functional technology initiatives across the firm. You will manage roadmaps, scopes, timelines, budgets, and success criteria, aligning business and technology stakeholders to drive on‑time delivery.

With 5+ years in IT project management, you will implement standardized PM practices, mitigate risks, and provide clear status updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and communications.
• Experience in a professional services or law firm environment preferred.
• Familiar with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage IT project roadmaps aligned to firm strategy.
• Create project plans, milestones, timelines, and accountability.
• Coordinate cross-functional business and technology teams to drive execution.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and mitigate.
• Ensure accountability for deliverables and commitments.
• Standardize PM processes and best practices.
• Facilitate meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, risks, and delivery outcomes.
• Support prioritization of initiatives based on impact and resources.
