Job summary

Goodwin is seeking a Manager of IT Project Management to plan, execute, and govern cross‑functional technology initiatives across the firm. You will own project roadmaps, establish scope, milestones, budgets, and success criteria, and ensure on‑time delivery aligned with firm priorities.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least five years in IT project management, experience across Agile/Waterfall or hybrid methods, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT project management or a related function.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Strong project management skills with cross‑functional leadership across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage IT project roadmaps and ensure alignment with firm strategy.
• Establish project plans, milestones, and accountability across stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross‑functional business and technology teams to drive initiatives.
• Monitor progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Identify risks and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies.
• Standardize project management processes across initiatives.
• Facilitate meetings and stakeholder communications to maintain alignment.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, and delivery outcomes.
