Goodwin’s Global Operations Team is seeking an experienced Manager of IT Project Management to lead cross‑functional technology initiatives. You’ll plan roadmaps, set milestones, manage budgets, and align business and technology stakeholders to deliver complex projects on time.

The role requires 5+ years in IT project management in a professional services context, strong communication, and ability to drive accountability without direct authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT project management or a related function.
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience in a professional services or law firm environment preferred.
• Strong project management skills with experience managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage IT project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with firm strategy and technology priorities.
• Establish clear project plans, milestones, timelines, and accountability across stakeholders.
• Drive execution of technology initiatives by coordinating cross‑functional business and technology teams.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure accountability for deliverables and follow through on commitments.
• Standardize project management processes and best practices across initiatives.
• Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder communications to maintain alignment.
• Monitor and report on project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and delivery outcomes.
