Job summary

Goodwin is seeking a Manager, IT Project Management to lead cross-functional technology initiatives across the firm. You will plan roadmaps, define scope, milestones and budgets, and ensure delivery on time and within scope while aligning with firm priorities.

The Manager, IT Project Management is responsible for planning, executing, and governing cross-functional technology initiatives across the firm. This role manages project roadmaps, ensures accountability for deliverables, and drives alignment among business and technology stakeholders. The position establishes clear scope, milestones, timelines, budgets, and success criteria; tracks progress; and helps ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with firm priorities. The role exercises discretion and independent judgement in managing complex initiatives, identifying risks and dependencies, and implementing solutions to support successful delivery.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT project management or a related function, including experience supporting complex, cross‑functional technology initiatives.
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience in a professional services or law firm environment preferred. Strong project management skills with experience managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
• Ability to build and manage project roadmaps and timelines.
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches).
• Excellent organizational and prioritisation skills.
• Strong communicationand stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to drive accountability and influence without direct authority.
