Goodwin’s Global Operations Team is seeking an experienced Manager, IT Project Management to plan, execute, and govern cross‑functional technology initiatives across the firm. You will manage roadmaps, budgets, and success criteria while aligning business and technology stakeholders in a dynamic, global environment.

The role requires five+ years in IT project management, strong leadership, and mastery of Agile/Waterfall/hybrid approaches within a professional services setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT project management or a related function.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience in a professional services or law firm environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage IT project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with firm strategy and technology priorities.
• Establish clear project plans, milestones, timelines, and accountability across stakeholders.
• Drive execution of technology initiatives by coordinating cross‑functional business and technology teams.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure accountability for deliverables and follow through on commitments.
• Standardize project management processes and best practices across initiatives.
• Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder communications to maintain alignment.
• Monitor and report on project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and delivery outcomes.
• Support prioritization of initiatives based on business impact and resource availability.
