Job summary

Farmers Insurance is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager III to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects within the Data & Analytics organization. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, timelines, and risks, and ensure alignment between business and IT stakeholders using SAFe Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of IT project management experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional IT projects with schedules and budgets.
• Experience coordinating technical teams and vendors.
• Experience in data, analytics, BI, or enterprise tech initiatives preferred.
• Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of IT projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional IT teams and external vendors.
• Apply SAFe Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery methods as needed.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies to ensure delivery.
• Provide regular status updates and governance artifacts to stakeholders.
• Manage project financials including budgets and expenditures.
• Oversee change management and project documentation.
• Drive process improvements in project delivery.
