Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in data analytics, qualitative analysis, process improvement, and project management.
• 3–5 years of people leadership experience.
• Experience with predictive modeling and data extraction.
• Preferred: Power BI, Excel, SQL, Tableau, Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of business and data analysts.
• Manages flow of ad-hoc and project analysis requests.
• Delivers training to increase team skills.
• Coordinates delivery of analysis projects across conception, data gathering, analysis, and deployment.
• Communicates analysis results clearly to leaders and sponsors.
• Develops presentations for executive audiences.
