Job summary

Farmers Group Inc. in the United States seeks a Risk & Strategic Planning Consultant to design, lead, and oversee the planning and analytics of team projects. This role acts as a subject matter expert in analytics within the line of business, supporting objectives to achieve strategic goals.

Designs and oversees reporting, predictive modeling, and insights for senior leadership, driving performance and collaboration across departments in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 7-10 years experience in Finance, Operations, Product and/or Strategy.
• Strong strategic problem solving skills and comfortable dealing with complex analysis.

Responsibilities

• Leads all department reporting and analysis including scorecards and market planning.
• Analyzes and reports adverse trends to department leadership.
• Owns delivery and standardization of tools and reporting for business growth.
• Generates new reporting requests and communicates needs to stakeholders.
• Develops analytics within the organization and drives data-driven insights.
• Collaborates with other departments to ensure deliverables are met.
• Provides strategic direction and mentors team members.
