Farmers Insurance seeks a senior analytics leader to design, lead, and oversee planning and analytics for key team projects. You will serve as a subject matter expert in analytics, aligning with departmental objectives to drive strategic business outcomes.

You will partner with senior leadership, drive predictive insights, and ensure deliverables across departments meet strategic goals. This role embraces a hybrid/remote work model with in-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years experience in Finance, Operations, Product and/or Strategy required.
• Strong strategic problem solving skills and comfortable dealing with complex analysis.

Responsibilities

• Leads all department reporting and analysis including scorecards and performance monitoring.
• Analyzes and reports adverse trends to department leadership.
• Owns delivery and standardization of reporting tools for business growth.
• Gather and assemble facts to perform in-depth analysis from data.
• Create new reporting requests and relay needs to stakeholders.
• Initiate and lead change within a complex environment to maximize performance.
