Farmers Insurance is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager III to join our Data & Analytics organization. You will lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment between business and IT stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a blend of PM methodologies. You will manage timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables, while applying SAFe Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid

Qualifications

• 4–6 years IT project management experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional IT projects (schedules, budgets, resources, stakeholders).
• Experience coordinating technical teams, business partners, and vendors.
• Experience supporting data/analytics projects preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT Management or related field.
• Master's degree/MBA preferred.
• MIS/CIS background an advantage.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of medium- to large-scale IT projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, Data & Analytics, business stakeholders and vendors.
• Apply SAFe Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies based on project needs.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies.
• Provide status updates and presentations to management and stakeholders.
• Manage project financials including budgets and vendor costs.
• Coordinate supplier activities and oversee vendor deliverables.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and issue resolution.
• Establish acceptance criteria and oversee testing to ensure requirements are met.
• Oversee change management and project documentation.
• Review and approve deliverables and closures.
• Identify opportunities to improve PM processes and delivery.
