Job summary

Tusker is seeking a Project Manager to lead client-facing IT projects within our Managed and Professional Services organization in Jersey City, NJ. You will own projects from kickoff to completion, serving as the main contact for clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities include planning, execution, communication, and delivery while ensuring projects stay on track, on budget, and aligned with client goals. Strong leadership and PM skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience managing client-facing IT projects.
• Experience with MSP/consulting or professional services environments.
• PM certification preferred (PMP/CAPM).

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing IT projects from kickoff through delivery, on time and within scope.
• Be the primary client contact and guide stakeholders through decisions.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendor partners to drive execution.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes.
