Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of independent end-to-end project leadership in business or technical environments.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholder decisions.
• Proven ability to present, facilitate, and negotiate with C-level stakeholders.
• Ability to balance empathy with decisiveness and push back when needed.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office and note-taking tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on project needs.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and closing reports.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to meet requirements and quality.
• Practice servant leadership and remove blockers to progress.
• Foster inclusive, collaborative team environment and clear accountability.
• Deliver stakeholder updates and manage scope, budget, and timeline tradeoffs.
• Track progress, risks, and issues to ensure on-time delivery.
• Follow change management processes to minimize scope creep.
• Contribute to PMO initiatives and process improvements.
