Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business or public administration.
• Seven years of professional IT project management experience.
• Two years in a supervisory or management role.
• PMP certification may substitute for one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates the analysis, development and delivery of IT projects on an agency-wide basis.
• Defines scope, resources and deliverables for projects.
• Assigns projects, responsibilities and authority to project leaders.
• Monitors progress to ensure budget, schedule and scope compliance.
• Coordinates and prioritizes project schedules, funding and staffing.
• Maintains ongoing communication with operating departments on IT needs.
• Maintains technical expertise regarding District operations and initiatives.
• Performs performance reviews and addresses employee concerns.
