Job summary

Trustmark is seeking an IT Project Manager to oversee delivery across cross-functional IT teams in Illinois. You will create execution plans, define timelines, secure resources, and coordinate releases from planning through rollout while ensuring budget adherence and risk management.

You will lead agile product teams, mentor junior staff, and report progress to executives. A Bachelor’s degree with 6–8 years of related experience is required; other candidates may qualify with equivalent

Responsibilities

• Leads large IT projects across cross-functional teams.
• Develops detailed project plans outlining scope, deliverables, dependencies, timelines, and resource needs.
• Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope, including risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Develops, mitigates, and escalates strategies as needed.
• Lead agile product teams by coordinating sprint planning, tracking milestones, and facilitating cross-team collaboration.
