Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible project management experience, incl. cross-functional tech projects.
• Delivery across enterprise tech domains such as ERP, infrastructure/cloud, cybersecurity, data/analytics, or digital workplace.
• Experience managing concurrent projects, vendors, executive stakeholders, and distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, CS, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology projects from intake through planning, execution, transition, and closeout.
• Translate business objectives into project charters, scope, milestones, budgets, and acceptance criteria.
• Build and maintain integrated schedules with owners, dependencies, and critical-path activities.
• Establish fit-for-purpose governance, cadence, stage gates, and reporting.
• Coordinate with business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders; ensure timely delivery.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and changes; escalate as needed.
• Prepare concise status reports for sponsors and executives with visibility into progress and financials.
• Facilitate requirements, risk, readiness, and lessons-learned sessions; assign actions.
