Job summary

Talentify is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives across multiple business units in Cedar Rapids.

You will drive initiation, planning, execution, and closure using PMI-based practices, coordinating business analysis, requirements discovery, governance, and stakeholder alignment. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project management and PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• PMP certification required.
• Five or more years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology leaders to translate strategic priorities into executable projects.
• Lead or support business analysis to define requirements and business cases.
• Develop project plans, budgets, governance, risk, and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Manage project startup, mobilization, execution, and closeout per PMI standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendor/integration activities.
• Ensure documentation, reporting, and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
