Job summary

Geller in New York seeks a seasoned IT Strategy and Program Leadership executive to shape the enterprise technology roadmap and delivery. You will partner with business leaders to drive governance, prioritize initiatives, and oversee large-scale programs for timely, on-budget outcomes.

You will mentor PMs and analysts while advancing strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and digital transformation across the organization.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT strategy or program management experience.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional, large-scale initiatives.
Strong governance, architecture, and digital transformation knowledge.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the IT strategic roadmap aligned with objectives.
Identify emerging technologies to inform decisions.
Collaborate with business leaders to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources.
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT programs.
Establish governance frameworks and performance metrics.
Ensure projects deliver on time, scope, and budget.
Serve as liaison between IT and business units, ensuring alignment.
Communicate status, risks, and outcomes to executives.
Lead and mentor a team of PMs and analysts.
Support development and succession planning.
