Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in a technology leadership role with people management responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of IT project management and strategic direction.

Responsibilities

• Ensures IT projects are defined, tracked and communicated.
• Partners with IT and business leadership and other key stakeholders to identify opportunities and prioritize projects.
• Impacts the business by exercising control over sizeable resources / budget and contributing to future IT strategy.
• Evaluates subordinates' performance and makes decisions on pay, hiring, and other personnel actions.
• Establishes strategic plans for the IT project leadership function.
• Understands how IT project leadership integrates within the organization to achieve objectives.
• Influences and negotiates with senior leaders across functions; may communicate with external parties.
• Assess risk in business decisions, ensure compliance with laws and Citi policies, and supervise others as needed.
