Geller & Company seeks an accomplished IT strategy leader to shape and oversee the organization's technology roadmap. You will partner with executive leadership to prioritize cross-functional initiatives and drive enterprise-wide programs.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and program delivery, with mentoring for PMs and analysts, and a base compensation range of $210,000–$230,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT strategy, program management, or enterprise project leadership.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of IT governance, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the IT strategic roadmap in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Identify emerging technologies and trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with business leaders to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT programs and projects.
• Establish and manage governance frameworks, reporting structures, and performance metrics.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Serve as a key liaison between IT and business units to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and change management efforts.
• Lead and mentor a team of program managers, project managers, and analysts.
• Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Support professional development and succession planning within the team.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with strategic initiatives and technology programs.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
