UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking an IT Program Manager to lead a team of IT Project Managers and coordinate a portfolio of related projects. The role drives an integrated program roadmap, aligns projects with strategic priorities, and guides cross-functional delivery.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in technology project teams, 7+ years managing medium IT projects, and PMP certification upon hire. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 10+ years directing IT project teams and 7+ years leading medium IT projects.
• PMP certification upon hire or equivalent demonstrated ability.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple related IT projects within the program to meet strategic goals.
• Direct project managers, monitor budgets, schedules, and alignment with objectives.
• Engage stakeholders and manage customer relationships throughout project cycles.
• Establish and enforce program governance, risk management, and change control.
• Develop best practices and tools for program execution and reporting.
