Formación
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 10 years of progressively responsible related experience including at least 3 years in supervisory capacity.
- Experience with ITIL and developing operational sustainability plans.
Responsabilidades
- Directs and oversees day-to-day service deliverables within the Enterprise Systems and Services division.
- Plans and ensures execution of the annual strategic and operational project portfolio.
- Leads and mentors enterprise architects to deliver vetted solutions aligned with strategy.
