Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management or technology management roles preferred.
• Demonstrated history of leading initiatives that drive organizational technology evolution.
• Product lifecycle management and market analysis.
• Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Strategic thinking, innovation, and business analysis.
• Proficiency in Agile and/or Kanban methodologies within product management.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and KPI tracking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Passion for technological trends and user-centric product development.

Responsibilities

• Align technology capabilities and product initiatives with business unit objectives, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with business unit managers and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT products, from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Lead product design and implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Implement agile methodologies, manage sprints, and facilitate ceremonies.
• Leverage technology trends and market analysis to maximize impact.
• Manage product documentation for accuracy and accessibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to deliver outcomes.
