Job summary

Flint Hills Resources, a Koch company, is seeking a Product Analyst in Wichita, KS to translate product direction into high-quality delivery outcomes and extend the team’s impact across the technology ecosystem.

You will partner with business and engineering teams, develop scripts with Python, analyze data, build dashboards, and own end-to-end delivery from problem to adoption, shaping the product roadmap and improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT, data, software engineering, or a business role with technical aptitude.
• Ability to translate problems to technical solutions for stakeholders.
• Clear communication of technical concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Role not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business to understand root problems and drive tech solutions.
• Develop and maintain scripts and lightweight apps using Python to automate processes.
• Translate business needs into technical approaches by analyzing data models and integrations.
• Analyze data, build reports and dashboards to inform product decisions.
• Own projects end-to-end from problem statement to delivery and adoption.
