You will translate complex processes into scalable analytics, enabling enterprise decision-making through trusted data.

You will standardize data models, build dashboards, and collaborate with IT to deliver self-service reporting while promoting data integrity across functions and geographies.

Qualifications

• 2-year college degree or relevant professional experience.
• Able to learn new processes and systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and implement improvements.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to US/Canada sites.
• Turnaround or Capital project experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and standardize project controls data models, metrics, and reporting frameworks.
• Translate business processes into structured data requirements and scalable reports.
• Partner with IT and data platforms to design sustainable, governed data solutions.
• Develop standardized dashboards and self-service reporting for actionable insights.

• Drive alignment across functions to ensure consistent use of project data.
• Build relationships to connect business needs with analytics capabilities.
