You will handle end-to-end processes, vendor relations, contract management, budgeting, stakeholder collaboration, market analysis, and documentation. A high school diploma with 2+ years of experience is required; a 4-year degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 4-year degree preferred in business, engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of IT procurement experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential IT vendors and suppliers.
• Draft, review, and manage IT contracts and agreements.
• Develop procurement strategies aligned with budgets and goals.
• Collaborate with IT, legal, finance and other departments to meet procurement needs.
• Maintain procurement records including requisitions, contracts and invoices.
