Westinghouse Electric Company LLC's WECTEC Staffing Services is seeking a Procurement Associate for a 1-year contract (W-2) in Juno Beach, Florida. You will support daily procurement activities, including RFQs, purchase orders, change orders, and documentation, partnering with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure compliant purchasing.

Requirements include 2+ years of experience and an undergraduate degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in procurement or related field.
• Undergraduate degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Stakeholder collaboration: work with business units, guide procurement processes, align with policy.
• RFQ / Sourcing Support: issue RFQs, coordinate communications, track proposals.
• Purchase Order Management: create/validate POs in procurement system.
• Change Order Processing: process changes and secure approvals.
• Administrative & Compliance Support: assist contract administration and vendor relationships.
