• Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Technology, or related field plus 2 years of business experience or related work.
• Graduation from high school or equivalent and 4 years of business experience or related work.

Aufgaben

• Reviews purchasing requests for instructional technology and assesses sourcing options.
• Monitors and processes telecommunication procurement and billing reports.
• Create purchase orders to fulfill requests.
• Participate in bid assessments and vendor communications for e‑rate funding.
• Assist in developing government funding applications for e‑rate and other programs.
• Assist in contract award process for e‑rate and related programs.
• Receive goods in warehouse and maintain vendor relationships.
• Educate on state contracts and other procurement mechanisms.
• Monitor order tracking spreadsheets and forecast budgets for telecom and copier maintenance.
• Track open orders for timely delivery.
