Job summary

Inspire Brands seeks a Senior IT Procurement Analyst to drive IT contract lifecycle management and vendor negotiations. You will partner with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and legal teams to optimize cost savings and service levels through strategic sourcing and analytics.

The role emphasizes PowerBI reporting, contract governance, and cross-functional collaboration across IT hardware, software, and services, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 6+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or IT
• Expertise in contract negotiation and lifecycle management
• Knowledge of procurement policies, procedures, and systems
• Proficiency in PowerBI dashboard development and maintenance

Responsibilities

• Drive the management of the IT Contract Lifecycle, overseeing administration of the Contract Management System and governance across contract phases.
• Prepare procurement managers for negotiation of IT hardware, software, and services, including amendments and revisions, and analytics supporting IT contracts for cost savings and service levels.
• Design and deliver advanced reporting for the IT agreement renewal pipeline with Power BI dashboards and stakeholder insights.
• Prepare documentation for IT Procurement projects, RFPs, and RFIs aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Oversee regular reporting and KPI tracking to drive supplier accountability and continuous improvement.
• Serve as primary liaison with Legal Operations Management on contract matters and risk mitigation.
• Lead IT Contractor Tracking, Reporting, and Onboarding, integrating contractor resources into Inspire’s IT environment.
