Appian is seeking a Senior Procurement & Contracts Analyst to own technology vendor sourcing, intake governance, PO execution, and Vendor Contract Management (VCM) workflow governance. You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, IT, and business partners to accelerate approvals and manage risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, finance, or related field.
• 4–6+ years in corporate procurement, sourcing, or contracting.
• Strong knowledge of P2P processes and contract terms.
• Experience with VCm tools and vendor data management.

Responsibilities

• Drive intake triage and governance for procurement requests.
• Lead commercial sourcing negotiations and contract terms.
• Execute P2P workflows and PO creation aligned with contracts.
• Manage Vendor Contract Management (VCM) workflows and approvals.
• Monitor vendor data integrity and spend analytics for leadership.
