Capri Holdings Limited is seeking a Senior Analyst, Strategic Sourcing – IT to lead multi-year IT category strategies and drive cost savings across the organization. You will manage sourcing events, leverage analytics, and coach junior staff while aligning procurement with business needs.

You will partner with internal stakeholders to set spend baselines, negotiate complex contracts, and ensure supplier performance.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in procurement, category management, or strategic sourcing.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Excellent stakeholder and supplier relationship management.
• Experience running competitive bids and managing supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year category strategies aligned with business objectives and global sourcing priorities.
• Partner with stakeholders to establish spend baselines and savings targets with formal validation.
• Lead sourcing events (RFIs, RFPs) and negotiate supplier agreements to maximize value.
• Apply analytics and procurement technologies to support data-driven sourcing decisions.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across IT, Finance, Legal, and other units to drive outcomes.
