Job summary

Stradit LLC in Dallas, TX seeks a Senior Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing initiatives across procurement categories. You will own savings programs, oversee budgeting and supplier relationships, and drive process excellence through SAP Fieldglass and Oracle Procurement usage.

You will mentor a high-performing team, align with legal and QA for templates, and report progress to senior leadership, ensuring value, risk controls, and sustained cost optimization for key clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Management, or Business Administration, or in a related discipline.
• 10+ years of Strategic Sourcing experience
• Experience with E-Sourcing tools, Oracle iProcurement
• Experience with Vendor Managed Systems (VMS) e.g. Fieldglass; Oracle

Responsibilities

• Review processes and end users’ feedback to identify opportunities to adopt leading practices.
• Drive program oversight of savings initiatives including tracking savings opportunities and reporting results.
• Lead strategic initiatives and operational excellence projects across the organization.
• Analyze industry trends and procurement technologies to identify opportunities.
• Oversee contracting category and supplier management; manage SOW in SAP Fieldglass and Oracle Procurement.
• Develop negotiation strategies to achieve business objectives and sustainable supplier relationships.
• Establish governance to collaborate with Legal and QA and maintain sourcing templates.
• Mentor and motivate client engagement teams while fostering an inclusive, innovative environment.
