Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (e.g., supply chain, business or IT).
• 8+ years in strategic sourcing, IT procurement or vendor management.
• 5+ years of leadership experience leading procurement teams.
• Experience negotiating enterprise software licensing and cloud contracts.
• Experience with enterprise software licensing, SaaS, cloud services and IT services agreements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies for software, cloud, cybersecurity, telecom, and hardware.
• Lead supplier evaluations, RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, negotiations and contract awards.
• Govern supplier performance, risk management, and cross-functional governance.
• Partner with IT, Legal, Finance and Risk to ensure compliant procurement programs.
• Drive procurement transformation, process improvements and reporting metrics.
