Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, finance, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive procurement, sourcing, category management, or supply chain experience with indirect spend focus.
• Experience managing complex sourcing initiatives in global environment.
• Certifications CPSM, CPSD, CSCP, CPM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing across indirect spend categories and drive supplier negotiations.
• Develop and implement category management and sourcing strategies.
• Partner with stakeholders to align procurement with business and financial goals.
• Manage supplier performance via reviews, scorecards, and analytics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
