KBR Careers is seeking a Procurement & Materials Manager to lead global purchasing for large technology projects. The role involves cradle-to-grave procurement, strategy development, and supplier relations across multiple regions.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in global procurement, strong negotiation skills, and experience with lump-sum contracting. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 15+ years of Procurement and Supply Chain Management experience in global EPC/Technology/Industrial Equipment settings.
• Detailed purchasing experience across equipment and material categories.
• Experience in purchasing or subcontracts, bid/evaluate/award cycles, and contract execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills to convey commercial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise cradle-to-grave purchasing activities for a specific project.
• Oversee global Procurement and Materials activities and performance.
• Develop purchasing strategies for proposals and Project Procurement Plans.
• Lead terms and conditions negotiations for equipment and modular packages globally.
• Manage purchasing, expediting, and logistics to deliver cost-effective services.
