Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 15+ years of Procurement and Supply Chain Management experience in global EPC/Technology/Industrial Equipment companies.
• Experience in purchasing or subcontracts, including bid, evaluate, award cycles, and changes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a complex schedule-driven environment.
• Procurement experience in lump-sum contracts.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.
• Strong negotiation skills with track record in cost reduction.
• Knowledge of global supplier market for capital equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cradle-to-grave purchasing activities for a project.
• Lead global procurement team across regions (US, India, China, Korea, Europe).
• Develop purchasing strategies for proposals and Project Procurement Plans.
• Lead terms and conditions negotiations for equipment packages globally.
• Manage purchasing, expediting, and logistics to ensure cost-effective delivery.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives for assigned projects.
• Forecast key cost drivers and market factors for equipment.
• Collaborate with Engineering and project teams on sourcing.
• Ensure timely reporting of procurement issues and performance.
