Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) seeks a Procurement Manager to provide strategic leadership for procurement, sourcing strategies, supplier management, contracting, and materials management across manufacturing operations and major capital projects.

Responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, on-schedule, and within-budget procurement that aligns with quality and business requirements; collaborates with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Project Controls on capital delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, materials management, or commercial management experience.
• Minimum 8 years of leadership experience managing procurement organizations or large procurement teams.
• Proven experience leading procurement activities for major capital projects exceeding $500 million TIC.
• Experience working with global suppliers and international project teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement and sourcing strategies for manufacturing facilities and capital projects.
• Lead procurement for greenfield, brownfield, expansion and remediation programs.
• Oversee procurement governance, structure, reporting, and performance management.
• Negotiate complex EPC/EPCM contracts and construction agreements.
• Partner with Quality to ensure supplier compliance and quality.
• Drive inventory optimization and supply continuity for critical materials.
• Manage procurement budget, savings delivery and total cost of ownership.
