Job summary

Phillips 66 is seeking an Advisor II, Application Development to build and support digital applications across teams, making processes more efficient, secure, and reliable. You will work across technology and business teams to turn requirements into practical solutions that support business operations.

As a key contributor, you will collaborate with project teams, business analysts, enterprise architects, DBAs, and other developers to design and implement solutions that meet business challenges

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the job posting country.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1 or more years of experience in application development, software maintenance, or related IT roles.
• Beginner or higher proficiency in designing, debugging, and supporting application software.
• Beginner or higher proficiency with testing processes, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Beginner or higher proficiency supporting or integrating with databases, APIs, or third-party systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications that support Refining.
• Collaborate with project teams, business analysts, enterprise architects, database administrators, and other developers to design and implement solutions for business challenges.
• Automate processes and workflows to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure solutions meet or exceed compliance and audit requirements.
• Apply agile development methodologies and best practices.
