You will front the IT demand pipeline, qualify requests, aid business case development, and help track value and benefits of IT investments. The role requires collaboration with IT teams and business units, ensuring information quality, and preparing executive reports on portfolio health and delivery performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or IT-related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum two years of professional experience in technical portfolio work with IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with IT demand intake and early qualification of requests.
• Capture information to confirm requests align with IT scope and business needs.
• Ensure requests are strategically aligned with the business unit.
• Quantify expected benefits to support value reporting.
• Support demand prioritization with capacity planning data.
• Gather benefit realization data from stakeholders.
• Maintain portfolio tools, dashboards, and standards.
• Assist with cost views and governance documentation.
• Support vendor management activities and IT service improvements.
